About Coach Blaise
Founder of Blaise Fitness & Sports Performance
My mission is to help individuals unlock the strongest, fastest, and most confident version of themselves. Whether you’re an athlete striving for the next level or a busy adult looking to regain strength and energy, everyone deserves to feel powerful in their body.
Blaise Fitness & Sports Performance was built on one core belief: progress is possible for anyone willing to show up and commit to the process. Through years of hands-on coaching, I’ve learned that real results come from smart programming, consistency, and a coach who genuinely cares about long-term development.
I am currently a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the University of Central Florida, assisting with Baseball and Volleyball performance training. I previously completed a seven-month internship with UCF Football (May–November 2025), gaining experience in high-level athlete preparation.
I currently serve as a Sports Performance Consultant at Windermere High School, where I lead the design and implementation of football performance programs for over 100 athletes. I have coached girls weightlifting (one season), boys weightlifting (two seasons), coed flag football teams, and served as a volunteer Defensive Line Coach during the Spring 2024 season. In addition, I have coached co-ed flag football with i9 Sports, further expanding my experience across youth and developmental levels.
My background in kinesiology, strength and conditioning, sprint development, mobility, injury prevention, and sport-specific movement allows me to design training systems that are fully catered to each athlete’s needs. I specialize in speed mechanics, change of direction, and position-specific demands to ensure training directly transfers to on-field performance. I go above and beyond to provide structure, accountability, and support—no guesswork, no cookie-cutter plans, just purposeful training and real results.
